Brief Answer:
Scabies can be a recurring problem.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Although it's been 3 weeks Scabies can be a recurring problem. First of all, a complete change of linens and clothing items should be done. You can wash off the used ones with warm water. Along with this, complete vacuum cleaning of the house should also be done.
Please get the rash checked up by any physician/Dermatologist nearby, in case of recurrence there's a need to start a new regimen of medications again.
Meantime, you may take an antihistamine (eg. CETIRIZINE tablet), take cold water bath and apply some soothing aloe-vera lotion over the area for symptomatic relief.
Let me know if I can assist you further. Take Care.
Regards
