Brief Answer:
Could be due to prostatitis.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the facts that you have posted pain in the abdomen before urination could be most likely to be due to infection of Prostate (Prostatitis) and needs to be investigated.

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments:
1) What is your age and gender (I assume it to be male)
2) Do you have pain or discomfort around the anal region or Perineum?
3) Do you have pain during Ejaculation?
4) Have you ever carried out any tests if so upload reports?

It's advisable to consult a urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA
4) Stool Examination to rule out amoebiasis
5) Pain in the abdomen with frequent bowel movements early in the morning could be due to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and needs to be investigated by colonoscopy

Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and the final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query, please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you. Thanks.

Regards,
Dr. Patil
