Question : I have no periods last 3 months, last period on feb 20,pregnancy test done 3 times it's negative

Can you please mention your age? Have you been experiencing any sudden weight changes, stress, infections recently? Are you on any medication?

With three negative tests, pregnancy can be excluded. Hormone imbalances are the most likely cause. A proper clinical evaluation, blood counts and urinalysis, hormone assays and a trans-vaginal sonogram are useful to detect the cause. Further management can be planned accordingly.
