Question : hello let me start with i started amoxicillin about two weeks ago and I've been done taking them for about a week now so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with what's going on but thought it may help to know. My stomach has been very upset like nausea and diarrhea but this discomfort only happens after I eat something. It just feels as soon as food hits my stomach I feel queasy :( it doesn't feel all that great even when I haven't eaten anything but defiantly at its worse after a meal.I was waiting it out a few days to see if it got any better but it hasn't so it's looking like an upcoming hospital visit. Was hoping I can get an idea in what this could be. Thank you in advance.
Brief Answer:
Try Pantoprazole daily!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This seems to suggest gastritis. I will recommend that you use pantoprazole 40mg daily for 2weeks. during this time, monitor your pain and let me know how you are doing. This drug is available over the counter. Also. avoid spicy meals and going to bed too soon after eating at night.
I wish you well. Hope I have answered your query. Feel free to follow up with me as you please. Above all, keep me updated with your progress.

update. I've noticed alot of extra what seems to be mucus in my stool. This is a newer symptom I haven't noticed this before all of these stomach issues.
Brief Answer:
Observe only for now!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Observe only. It doesn't suggest an infection which requires instant intervention. This should resolve spontaneously. if it however persists, we would evaluate further.
Hope I have answered your query.
