Question : I have erections with Viagra that are satisfactory . However, my penis head has little or no feeling and I am unable to ejaculate

Hello,

The disability to ejaculate can be caused by Viagra which normally is used to prolong the time of satisfaction and to prolong the time till ejaculation.

I would suggest to lower the dose of Viagra that you have taken, so it will be easy to ejaculate.
