Question : I'm 55 yrs old, post menaposal, and had a strange incident. Upon removing my bra, there was an oily substance all over my bra, mainly right side, but left as well. My rib cage and stomach area were also soaked. No aroma, no trace of blood. Looked and felt like baby oil. Then the right breadt started aching. What is happening here??

I appreciate your concern

Normal nipple discharge can occur from both breasts. It can be clear or sticky. If it's scanty and white creamy then infectious and malignant cause must be looked for. Breast examination to look for any abnormal/ significant lumps and associated axillary lymphadenopathy should be done. Mammography and ultrasound of the breasts can then be subsequently advised to be on the safe side and for surveillance of any suspicious lesion.
