Brief Answer:
Mineral deficiencies

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

If you are adequately hydrated with at least eight cups of water daily then this could be due to calcium, potassium or sodium deficiencies.. So I would recommend that you get a blood test for their levels and if found deficient then you should take replacement supplements.

If their levels were found normal then you should get a blood test for thyroid hormonal profile as thyroid hormone I’m imbalance could cause similar symptoms.

I hope you find this helpful. If you don’t have any other clarifications then please close the discussion.
