                                    Brief Answer:
It could be due to Infection.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Infection is the commonest cause of dilated pelvicalyceal system of a Kidney.
Obstruction to the outflow of Urine from the kidney can be another cause. But, obstruction has been ruled out by Ultrasound abdomen.
To treat Infection, I prescribe Antibiotic like Norfloxacin 400mg twice daily to my patients with similar complaints. I also add Paracetamol 650mg thrice daily to relieve pain.
Please consult a Urologist and get appropriate prescription.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards

Hi,
I request you to consult a urologist, get examined clinically and proceed further.
Norfloxacin 400mg has to be taken twice daily. For pain, Paracetamol has to be taken.
But, you should consult the Doctor for clinical examination.
Nothing to worry.
Wish you good health.
