Question : I have been experiencing the last week and a half when waking up in the middle of the night both or one arm being asleep. I also have a rotor issue on my right shoulder that I am babying. Just curious what this could be?
Brief Answer:
Probably related to poor positioning.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
In most of the cases this is a condition related to poor body positioning.
Inappropriate position during the sleep may cause pressure on arm(s) and may alter the arm blood supply.
Direct pressure on arm nerves also may result in such symptoms.
Other possible explanations include low vitamin B group, fluids retention, etc.
The rotor issue on your shoulder may be fatigue of the muscles.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.

I also the last 2 days have had my bottom of my feet burning. More noticeable with shoes on.
Brief Answer:
Peripheral neuropathy to consider also.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since your feet are affected too, conditions such as peripheral neuropathy should be considered.
Peripheral neuropathy may be caused by conditions such as diabetes, low vitamin B group in blood, adverse effects of certain drugs, viral infections, alcohol use, etc.
I suggest you get evaluated by your primary care Doctor first, in order to understand your conditions better.
Hope this helps.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Lyme may explain your symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Lyme disease may cause similar symptoms with peripheral neuropathy, so, Lyme may be an explanation since you had a tick bite.
I think you should continue the doxycycline treatment.
In addition, it is necessary to use antiinflammatory drugs ( ibuprofen for example ) and antineuralgic drugs such gabapentin, or pregabalin.
Discuss with your Doctor about these issues.
Get blood tests for Lyme also.
Hope I helped you.
