Question : I have severe nausea, low grade fever with chills and sweats, lethargy, along with what feels like the beginning of a UTI- constant need to urinate, never feels like I finished urinating, urine dribbles out while attempting to get to the restroom (completely abnormal for me). Onset was Tuesday morning.

What you describe sound like an ascending urinary tract infection. I suggest you see your doctor or go to the ER for blood tests and urinalysis with urine cultures. Stay hydrated in the meantime.
