Brief Answer:
Get investigated under a neurologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and report and understand your concern.
The MRI report is suggestive of infection in spine with most likely possibility of tuberculosis.
Other possibilities are bacterial infection or malignancy.
Evaluation of Neurologist is required to decide upon additional tests and treatment initiation.
Treatment of tuberculosis may be required and continues for more than 1 year.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
