Question : My husband had his prostate remove and he have to give himself a shot for an erection. The side affect from the shot makes the end of his penis looks very sore. When we have sex and I go to the bathroom and wipe myself a little bit of blood is on the tissue. Should I be concern what this will do to my body.

Hello,

Based on the facts that you have posted it seems that your husband is taking Intra Cavernosal Injection of Trimix or Caverjet to achieve erection and noticed that there is slight bleeding .

This is usually a minor oozing of blood from the site of injection

Ensure he applies some pressure for sometime after injecting .

There is nothing to be worried about .This is not going to have any negative effect on your body
