Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

I understand that you are concerned about your recent sleep problem. From the description of your symptoms, there can be two possibilities for your symptoms:
- panic attacks
- night terrors

Both these can be caused by stress and anxiety. So, I would suggest that you try relaxation techniques like deep breathing, yoga, meditation, etc. before going to sleep so that your mind is relaxed before you go tho sleep. Don't worry, this is not a serious problem and so, try not to keep thinking or worrying about this because it will only increase your anxiety and worsen the symptoms.

Wish you all the best.
