Brief Answer:
Alopecia areata, topical steroid & intralesional steroid injections

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

You seem to have developed alopecia areata.
It is an autoimmune chronic inflammatory disease of the hair follicles.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like Mometasone lotion on the affected areas twice daily for 4-6 weeks.
Also consult a doctor and go for intralesional steroid injections.
This will hasten the process of hair regrowth.
Usually the hair regrow in a span of few months.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet
