Question : I’ve broken out on my chest area,and left forearm,it’s very red,and “bumpy”,and it itches,plus it is a little painful,it started about 3 days ago.I’m presently on B/P meds,also meds for arthritis,and muscle spasms. I am not diabetic,nor do I have heart problems. I’ve been on these medications for years,and never had any problems,could stress play a part in this? Thank You.

This is unlikely to be an allergy from your drugs since you have no recent addition. It could be an allergy to something in the environment.

For now, continue Calamine lotion. Cleanse regularly and keep it dry. It should regress within a week. If this should get worse or persists, kindly report to me.
