Question : I can barely move my right hand and it and the wrist are swollen. I have elbow pain on and off for a little while now but this just started a couple of days ago.

No injury that I’m aware of. Only prescribed medication I take is 50 mgs of sertraline. Not diabetic.

OK, then you should apply anti inflammatory gel like diclofenac for now and get X-ray wrist joint done, to rule out any bony injury.
