Question: I have abdominal lower left pain and have headaches and tender breasts and result less what could cause that I took a test came back a very faint line that can only be seen in some lighting

I read your query and here is my advice.
If you are having tenderness of breasts, lower abdominal pain and most important the delay period there is a possibility of pregnancy.
The best time to do a pregnancy test is 5 days of the delayed period.
Even a faint line can show a positive result. Better to repeat the test after 1-2 days.

That’s why I wanted to ask but my concern is that I have a expired nexplanon on that I was supposed to get out but I got put on duty the day I was supposed to get it out so I have to wait till the second with that cause any problems if I am once I do another test

If you have an expired nexplanon there is an increased chance of pregnancy. Better wait for 2-3 days before doing another pregnancy test or do a blood beta-hcg test .
