                                    Brief Answer:
Knuckle pad
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image. Yes, you have a knuckle pad. They usually form after repetitive trauma or friction. I suggest you to use a topical keratolytic preparation containing ingredients like salicylic acid and lactic acid, once every night. These are the same ingredients which are used to exfoliate warts e.g. Watnil lotion.
Hope I have answered your query.
