Question : I had long bouts of unprotected sex Friday thru Sunday. Monday only I had a white discharge from my penis. Tuesday I was checked for STD test were negative. What could be the cause of the 1 day discharge

This could possibly suggest a fungal or a bacterial infection.

I generally prescribe a short course of oral antibiotics like Doxycycline and Fluconazole for my patients with such symptoms.
