Brief Answer:
Use laxative you are constipated.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for query ,
Polyethylene glycol-electrolyte solution is used to empty the colon. PEG-ES is in a class of medications called osmotic laxatives. It works by causing watery diarrhea so that -the stool can be emptied from the colon.
Once complete bowel is cleared start using lactulose 10 ml once daily.
Both are over the counter.
Thank you.

My stool is not hard. I have always pooped every morning. Would a blood stool test be a good starting point. I do not think I am constipated, I still poop everyday but I have to push it out
Brief Answer:
Follow up.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Oops this could be something related to contraction of muscles in your rectum.
I would suggest you to go for two tests-
Digital examination of anal and rectal canal by a MD to see if contraction and power of muscles is good.
Secondly a MRI to rule out any problem related to nerve supply of that area.
You can go for a stool test sir but its usually helpful more in case of infections.
Regards.
