Pain in chest come from heart, lungs or musculoskeletal system . Please describe your chest pain, where exactly is its location, since how long, does it get better or worse with something, have you taken any medicine, do you have any past medical history.

In case of any chest pain, an ECG is needed to rule out heart issues. A chest X-Ray PA view can also help diagnose a few chest related problems.
