Brief Answer:
Stroke?

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

if she has leg weakness or paralysis (and perhaps also sensory deficits on the same area) then a stroke is possible. An upset stomach does not add much to the diagnostic process right now. She needs to be taken to the emergency room right away for appropriate medical assessment. Pain in the leg may suggest anything between a simple soft tissue injury and hip fracture. This is another thing to check in the ER.
