What Could Leads To Irregular Periods ?

Question: My periods are irregular from January 2023 and in march when i got to know that i did not get my periods on time ,i consulted with the doctor and after the medication i had periods but again i missed my period cycle for the month of april, iak concerned about it and what could leads to this irregular periods and even though iam not in a physical relationship.
