Question : What could possibly be causing this symptom? I have to carry paper towels (& real ones too) wherever I go, regardless of the weather. ANY ideas or suggestions will be most welcome indeed!

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you may need to do some blood tests to check for possible conditions which can cause these symptoms.
Please do a total blood count with formula, thyroid hormone balance, T3, T4 and TSH and TBC test.
There are several conditions that cause the these excessive sweating such hyperthyroidism, Hodgkin lymphoma, tuberculosis, HIV /AIDS etc.
These blood tests will screen some of these conditions and we can find the origin of these sweating.
