Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be herpes genitalis.
It is a sexually transmitted viral infection.
I would recommend you to take antiviral medicine like tablet aciclovir 400 mg thrice daily for 5 days and apply topical antibiotic like fusidic acid cream on the sores twice daily for 7-10 days.
For pain you can take tablet paracetamol.
