What Could This Be I Was Diagnosed With Neutrophilia ?

Question: I was diagnosed with neutrophilia in 2019. Rbc morphology was normal and my estimate platelets was normal but had slight vacuoles. What could that mean? And I’m still having the same symptoms as well. But have had high neutrophils and low lymphocytes between 2020-2021. But now my labs are good. What could this be?

Increased number of neutrophils is due to bacterial infection

Neutrophilia is increased number of neutrophils.
Neutrophilia occurs due to bacterial infection most commonly.
Presence of vacuoles in neutrophils is also indicative of bacterial infection.
The neutrophils come back to normal number once infection clears.
Since, the complete blood count is within normal range now, there is nothing to worry.

Low Hb can lead to these symptoms, however, RBC morphology is normal.

Symptoms of light headedness, tiredness, weakness can be due to anemia or low hemoglobin levels.
The report that you have posted mentions only red blood cell morphology as normal, however, hemoglobin levels are not mentioned.
Kindly, mention the hemoglobin levels.
In case hemoglobin level is within range then general physical examination needs to be done to look for cause of these symptoms.

I recently had a blood peripheral blood smear done and it was normal so do I have to worry about vacuoles in my blood? And my labs not showing any infections

Okay so I don’t have to worry about sepsis? Or vacuoles in my blood?
