You seem to have fungal infection of groin. I suggest you to take a topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream or ketoconazole 2% cream, twice daily for a 4- 6 weeks. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
