Brief Answer:
Do not worry before actual diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand you are anxious right now about enlarged lymph nodes near the ear. but let me assure that there are a lot simpler issues that cause enlarged lymph nodes than serious issues. These simpler issues are wax, otitis, dandruff, middle ear infection etc which are treatable.
Why was CT scan done in first place?
what I suggest is not to panic before actual diagnosis is made.
