Brief Answer: Avoid these two medicines Detailed Answer: Hello, I can understand your concern. You have not mentioned since how long you are taking these two drugs. Usually whenever there is allergic reaction it happens in 2 to 3 days. So your puffy face might not be due to these medicines. I would suggest you to get your blood pressure check up. High Blood pressure can cause puffy face. I also want you to get your blood sugar , urine examination done. These tests will tell us if there is any other causes of puffiness of the face. Both Supeudol and Quetiapine can cause addiction, specially supeudol. I would suggest you to discuss with your doctor if he can suggest some less addictive pain killers like tramadol. I hope this answers your query. Please let me now if i missed some thing. I will be more then happy to answer any followup questions. Thanks and take care.
