Question: sir m
my son is 7 year old and today while playing he accident his head and got 8 stitches on front upper left side on head.we had showed him to doctor and doctor gave him atnzol -dm , pace - ar, ronclac-375.. also he gave him tetnus injection. depth of wound is about quarter of inch. accident took place at 5.30 in the evening. now mu son is at home . I would like to know what care we have to take. or any symptom which should be taken care of.
now we are giving him vegetables soup and papaya and apple juice.

I am so sorry to hear about this accident. The management and the drugs are well handled. Being a child, healing would be a lot faster with little room for complications. Taking care of the wound with a protein rich/healthy diet is all. There is no need for any aggressive further measures beyond observation. If he has never been vaccinated against tetanus before, please consider getting him well and fully vaccinated for any future eventualities. Vegetables is all a good source of vitamins and pawpaw very much needed to produce collagen for wound repairs. Keep up!
