Brief Answer:
You should eat more meat and papaya
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since you are looking weight and you have follicular lymphoma you need to eat more meat like chicken and among fruits, you can add papaya, guava, and mango.
Sometimes steroids with doctor's advice can also cause an increase in weight.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

If I weigh 165 at night, and don't eliminate anything overnight, except urine .. and weigh myself first thing in the morning and weigh 161 (scale is digital and very accurate) - where does the 4 lbs. of weight go? (w/ no night sweats)
Brief Answer:
Weight loss is a sign of disease progressing.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Weight loss is a sign of disease progressing. But it does not happen overnight as you have mentioned as you are not having night sweats. If your weight machine is accurate as you have mentioned then it is unexplained.
