Question: Hi, my son is 25 months old,14 kg,and tall.He is otherwise very active and smart kid .He has hard time passing stools as they are hard and in big lumps.he does not sit while passing hence it creates more issues with creating pressure. Diet- have been on mother milk.i have given top feed however does not want to drink milk .was introduced to food at 6 months/drinks enough water. diet regime : breakfast (8 -10 am) cornflakes/oats with milk 12 pm- soup/juice or milk-1 mug ) Lunch-(2-3 pm)- daal/green vegetables/ curd/ &rice or roti evening brunch- (5-6) yakut and boiled egg one glass milk- 8 pm dinner- Veg Dalia/roti mashed in milk/roti with veg

Brief Answer: Try increasing fruits and vegetables Detailed Answer: Hi Thanks for writing to health care magic. You need to cut down his milk intake to XXXXXXX 2 times a day. Increase vegetables and fruits to three servings each everyday. Try high fibre biscuits too Give him plenty if water to drink.
