With regards to your query I can say that the main causes of your symptoms are :
- occasional constipation
- IBS with constipation
- large bowel tumors
- stress

If you have constipation more than 3 months I would suggest to do colonoscopy to rule out large bowel issues .

Meantime I would suggest to :
-use plenty of water
-use olive oil
-use vegetables and fruits
-increase physical activity
-avoid unnecessary stress
