Hi,

In view of cold and nasal congestion, I would reviewer steam inhalation twice a day to relieve the congestion and warm salt water gargle twice a day to prevent spread of infection. In case a severe nasal congestion, you could take tablet Sinarest at bedtime till symptoms relieve.
