Question : I am facing Allergy issues like Nose blocking, throat congestion since 1 year, from past 2 month I am feeling stress if i use phone or laptop for 30 minutes

As you are diagnosed case of asthma, you should know about your disease. First of all, this condition is not curable. It can only be controlled.

Therefore, please don't waste your time to find cure of your disease, because there is no cure. We can only control it and for that you need to take anti allergic medication regularly as required.
