Brief Answer:
Add some lifestyle measures

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

What are your symptoms and since when?

You can add following lifestyle measures to get better:
- Learn and practice daily yoga and meditation from a reliable institution like Budha, Art of Living etc.
- Tab Ashwagandha can help with both depression and PCOD symptoms. You may take in dose of one tablet after dinner with water.
- Get involved in creativity activities.
- Do some good work for others

If the above does not help or you feel suicidal, you can see your psychiatrist for change of medicine.

Dr. Vaishalee
