Hi ,

From 1 sep to 9th sep she had fever .. after that slowly she recovered .. cough is there .. she is week now

Hi,

This is post febrile weakness. Just give multivitamin syrup, proper amount of water. Monitor temperature. If develop fever, then get tests Complete blood count and Liver function test done. She will be alright in few days.
