Hello,

I suggest you to use Clindamycin 1% gel at day time. You may use Adapalene 0.1% gel for night time application. If you have inflammatory acne (papules, pustules, nodules) i would suggest you to also take an oral antibiotic e.g doxycycline 100mg capsule, twice daily for 2-3 weeks and then follow up. These are prescription medications. Use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g Cetaphil gentle cleaning lotion.
