Brief Answer:
Sinusitis treatment.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I think you are suffering sinusitis, an infection or inflammation of sinuses.
A x-ray (or MRI or Scan) of head can show the inflammation of sinuses that you call fullness.
You can use
* Rinse nose with saline water
* Use any OTC antihistamines such as Benadryl or Cetirizine
* Use nasal decongestant spray for 3 days, Ex pseudoephedrine
* Breath steam vapors and humidify air
* Your doctor may prescribe antibiotics for 10 - 14 days and may even prescribe oral corticosteroids

Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
