Question : hello doc. how r my reports. what does it mean by high meanrr and sdnn
Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Firstly, talking about your ECG, it’s a normal sinus rhythm with normal axis and no significant STT changes. In nutshell it’s a normal ECG.
Secondly SDNN and MeanRR is basically a statistical analysis of ECG. It is Standard Deviation Of NN interval and Mean variation of RR interval. These parameters are basically used in athletic training of players for better stamina. Some health bands or fitness devices display these but are not required in daily cardiac fitness evaluation.
Hopefully this will help.
