Brief Answer:
Possibility of IHD is there

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

There is T wave inversions in V1-4 and flattening in V5-6. Heart rate is around 95-100 BPM. No other significant ST T changes.

This raises the possibilities of ISCHAEMIC HEART DISEASE, so needs evaluation with echo and if normal then stress tests like Treadmill test or stress thallium or CT coronary angiography.

However, such changes may be seen in Hypertension or even with age especially in females but should be evaluated to rule out ischemic heart disease.

All the best.

Regards
