Hello,
After reviewing the ECG report attached by you and the medical history detailed by you I would like to tell you that the ECG does have T wave inversions from v1 to v6 (precordial leads).
This requires further evaluation considering the age of the patient in the form of stress test like stress echocardiogram to rule out any underlying coronary artery disease.
