Brief Answer:
Hashimoto thyroiditis to be confirmed:
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The TSH level you reported is higher than normal ranges suggesting for hypothyroidism or underactive thyroid.
T3 and T4 are at the lower normal ranges.
You need to check AntiTPo and AntiTg antibodies to confirm the autoimmune origin.
If the result to be high it is Hashimoto thyroiditis, a chronic disease that needs long-term treatment with levothyroxine.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
