Follow the suggestions.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
As per query most likely you are having dyspepsia characterized by Abdominal bloating.
It usually gives you a sense of fullness in your stomach and can cause your abdomen to appear larger and swollen up.
Most likely due to diabetes, your nerves in the stomach and intestines are a week (gastroparesis mild) hence food stagnates and bloats.
When food stagnates in intestines its acted upon by a number of toxic bacteria releasing lots of gases which causes belching bloating and flatulence.
Few suggestions-
* Don't exceed fibres more than 25 gram per day.
* Take light easily digestible vegetarian food.
* Take Omeprazole twice daily for 2 weeks.
* This is an antibiotic and to be taken after consultation with a doctor.
* Take a probiotic like VSL#3 twice daily.
All are over the counter.
* Avoid meat and eggs.
* Avoid cabbage broccoli etc.
Follow up after a week.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
