Brief Answer:
The possibility of pregnancy is remote.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.
Since you are on birth control pills, the possibility of pregnancy is remote. The cramps suggest that you may start period in 1-2 days.

To make things clear, get pregnancy test done if you do not start your period in 2-3 days time.

I hope this is helpful.
Best wishes,
Dr Rama.
