Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to irregular period

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

Negative pregnancy test done on multiple occasion almost certainly rules out pregnancy. At your age menstrual cycle could be irregular, that could be the main reason for missing period for 3 months.

I would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist who would consider adding pills to induce withdrawal bleeding after thoroughly ruling out pregnancy.

DO get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care
