Brief Answer:
Could be due to nerve compression

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. The pain could possibly be attributed to muscle fatigue. Nerve compression could be another possibility to consider. Taking paracetamol as per requirement should provide relief. However, I would insist you to elaborate upon the problem and I would try to guide you further.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
