Brief Answer:
don't panic

Detailed Answer:
Hi ZXXXX,

Sorry for your health. Your reports suggest significant liver disease. It could have been a result of infection or other causes.

It all depends on the cause of jaundice. Further clarifications needed before assessing the cause, like any recent fever, loose motions, alcohol, Drug intake, rash etc. You need blood tests like hemogram, Hepatitis viral tests for A, B, C , ultrasonography of abdomen etc.

I wouldn't say it is alarming, but you need to visit a GASTROENTEROLOGIST at the earliest for further evaluation. Remember that most of the cases of jaundice gets resolved on their own and hence don't panic.

ALL THE BEST.

Brief Answer:
Immediate consultation is needed at this time.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
In that case, you are most probably suffering from chronic hepatitis (B) with a flare up. Immediate attention is needed at this time. you need viral load, ultrasonography of abdomen and may be more tests to confirm this. Treatment is urgently needed for a good response.
I would suggest you to consult a GASTROENTEROLOGIST as early as possible and get treatment to avoid complications.
HOPING FOR A QUICK RECOVERY. ALL THE BEST.
