Thyroid patches are generally resistant to treatment but some measures can help like
- drink a lot of water
- avoid scrubs in that area
- always apply sunscreen while going out every 4 hourly in case out for long
- there is a nice formulation Melalite which can help but it is a prescription drug so visit your doctor for that.
