Brief Answer: Seborrheic keratosis scalp, harmless skin lesions Detailed Answer: Hi I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same. You seem to have developed lesions of seborrhoeic keratosis over the scalp . First of all, I would like to tell you that these are basically benign and harmless skin lesions . These tend to develop in certain predisposed people mostly over the sun exposed sites . You can leave the lesions as such in case they are not really a big cosmetic concern . But if you are really bothered because of the skin condition, then you can see a local dermatologist . There are various ways to get rid of this problem like cryosurgery, radiofrequency and lasers . Sun protection in the form of sunscreen or wearing a cap when out in the sun will surely help in preventing the further progression of this problem . Hope it helps Please ask if you need any further clarifications Dr Geetika Paul
